On-Campus Dormitory Accommodations

The deadline for on-campus housing reservations has past. On-Campus Housing is SOLD OUT. Please visit our Hotels Page.

The Original on-campus housing location, in the Kittredge Complex, filled-up early, so some egistrations overflowed to Baker Hall. Participants will be sent a letter telling them where to check-in.

On-site housing will be in the University of Colorado (CU) Smith Residence Hall in the Kittredge Complex, a short walk from the meeting rooms in the Engineering Center. On-campus housing provides an economical and convenient option for your accommodation during the Symposium on Thermophysical Properties. You have your choice of a single or double room. Bathrooms are communal and shared by 4-8 rooms. Rooms provide extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and microfridge. Linens are provided along with one pillow and a set of towels. Monday through Friday daily housekeeping is included. Coin-operated washing machines and driers are available in the Residence Hall. Please list roommate preference if you have one. Room and Board packages are priced per person and no refunds are given for missed nights or meals - the rate will not be prorated for partial stays. Guests not registered for the conference, staying with a conference registrant, must make an individual housing registration and purchase the entire Lodging and Dining Package. CU policy does not allow for guests not registered for the conference under the age of 18 to stay in Residence Halls.

Meals begin Sunday with Dinner and include Mon-Fri Breakfast and Lunch, and Mon-Wed Dinner at Center for Community (C4C). The Symposium Banquet on Thursday night is included in the conference registration. Early arrival (June 22 or June 23 or late departure June 30 or July 1) are additional and do not include any meals.

All campus buildings, including dorm rooms, are non-smoking.

Payment is due at the time of the housing registration. A refund is available through May 8 only. After May 8 no refunds will be made.
