On-Campus Dormitory Accommodations

On-site housing will be in the University of Colorado (CU) Smith Residence Hall and Kittredge West Hall in the Kittredge Complex, a short walk from the meeting rooms in the Engineering Center. On-campus housing provides an economical and convenient option for your accommodation during the Symposium on Thermophysical Properties. You have your choice of a single or double room. Bathrooms are communal and shared by 4-8 rooms. Rooms provide extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and microfridge. Linens are provided along with one pillow and a set of towels. Monday through Friday daily housekeeping is included. Coin-operated washing machines and driers are available in the Residence Hall. Please list roommate preference if you have one. Room and Board packages are priced per person and no refunds are given for missed nights or meals - the rate will not be prorated for partial stays. Guests not registered for the conference, staying with a conference registrant, must make an individual housing registration and purchase the entire Lodging and Dining Package. CU policy does not allow for guests not registered for the conference under the age of 18 to stay in Residence Halls.

Stays will include a meals package at the Center for Community (C4C). Early arrival (June 21 or June 22 or late departure June 29 or June 30) are additional and do not include any meals.

All campus buildings, including dorm rooms, are non-smoking.

Registration for on-campus housing is now closed.

Payment is due at the time of the housing registration. A refund is available through May 8 only. After May 8 no refunds will be made.

Participants will be allowed to add 2 nights as early arrival (June 21 or 22) or late departure (June 29 or June 30).

Parking

On-campus parking permits can be purchased from the front desk of the Residence Hall. The cost is $25/week.

Dining Hall

CU-Boulder is known for its abundant food choices and breakfast is no exception. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are always available. See above for the meals included in the package. Meals on early arrival or late departure days can be purchased at the Center for Community (C4C) Dining Center during operating hours. C4C is between the Engineering Center and the Kittredge Complex (residence halls).
