The following meals are included with each conference registration.

• Five breakfasts (Mon – Fri)
• Five lunches (Mon – Fri)
• Four dinners (Sun – Wed)
• Conference Banquet (Thur)

With the exception of the Conference Banquet, all meals will be in the Aspen Dining Room which features an all-you-can-eat buffet including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. Registered attendees will be issued meal tickets during check-in.

Aspen Dining Room hours are as follows.

• Breakfast: 7 – 9 AM
• Lunch: 11 AM – 1 PM
• Dinner: 5 – 8 PM

The Conference Banquet will be held in Assembly Hall.

Unregistered Guests

A separate meal plan must be purchased for each unregistered guest of conference attendees; this can be done during registration. Guest tickets for the Conference Banquet will also be available for purchase at that time.

Additional Meal Options

There are two additional on-site meal options (not included in registration fees). The Pine Room Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner most days (see website for hours and menu). The Rustic Cafe is open daily for a quick bite or grab-to-go options (hours vary).

The town of Estes Park is a ten minute drive from the Estes Park Center. There you will find grocery stores and several dining options.
