Conference registration includes five nights in one of the centrally-located lodges, a short walk from conference meeting rooms. Lodge rooms include two queen beds, dresser, table, mini fridge, single-pod coffee maker, wi-fi, and private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. Daily housekeeping is not provided but a linen exchange is available (8 AM – 4:30 PM daily) at Longhouse, which also houses a coin-operated laundry that is open 24 hours a day. Lodge rooms are not air conditioned but fans are provided/available to circulate cool mountain air. In each lodge guests will find a microwave, coffee, ice machines, and vending machines. Please note that no refunds are given for missed nights or meals and the rate will not be prorated for partial stays. There is no additional room charge for guests staying with a conference registrant. However, guest information must be provided during registration and a separate guest meal package must be purchased separately (see the Dining page for additional information). Conference attendees will be able to register as either single or double occupancy; double occupancy registration will be discounted to reflect lodging savings.

Check-in/Check-out

Guest check-in/check-out will take place at a location TBD (details forthcoming).

• Check-out: July 2
• Room availability is guaranteed for 6 pm on day of arrival but may be available earlier.
• Check-out is 10 am, no exceptions.
• Front-desk staff are available 24 hours a day (Administration Building).

Accommodations will be made for luggage storage if rooms are unavailable upon arrival and/or after check-out (additional details forthcoming). If a room is not yet ready, guests are encouraged to take advantage of the YMCA’s complimentary facilities and activities. Additionally, guests are welcome to continue to enjoy the grounds and activities their entire day of departure.

On-site parking is free.

Please note the following Estes Park Center policies.

• Alcoholic beverages are not sold on-grounds and may be consumed only in private rooms or group meeting spaces.
• No controlled substances are allowed on site; this includes marijuana.
• All facilities are non-smoking; special fire-safe ashtrays are provided in several outdoor areas designated for smoking.
• Quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM.
